This hill, with its warm micro-climate and the Vosges mountains rising behind, is a natural haven of peace. There are many walking routes around the Domaine which take you right through the preserved site. And for those who wish to stay a while, there is a motorhome area which is free to wine cellar or restaurant customers.<\/p>\n<p>At the heart of this jewel of protected nature lies the Auberge du Vieux Pressoir (the Old Winepress Inn). On this sheltered spot, you will find regional and gourmet dishes being served in a building over 100 years old and typical of its time.<\/p>\n<p>The Bollenberg is also a major winery, cared for in a traditional way which respects the natural environment. The Clos Sainte Apolline cellar is open to visitors all year round and produces noble vintages full of regional character.
